CJ Kendricks

Title: Rec Class Coach

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, CJ has been involved in gymnastics, acrobatics, and dance since the age of nine.  At the age of 18 years, CJ became a cheerleader for Savannah College of Art & Design and the Savannah Sharks competitive cheerleading team, where he competed in several NCA championships and countless other cheerleading competitions.  After college, CJ coached gymnastics at Buckhead Gymnastics in Atlanta, Georgia for several years.  From 2008 - 2010, CJ coached Riverwood High School's cheerleading squad and successfully started  the school's first competitive cheerleading squad, leading  the team to win several first place trophies during their inaugural season in 2010.  During the same year, CJ successfully led the ANSG Storm Allstars through their first competition season and began working as a Cheerleading Consultant & Clinic Director for various high schools, including Mt. Vernon Presbyterian High School and Claxton High School.  In addition to over ten years experience as a gymnastics and cheerleading coach, CJ has been a professional actor, dancer, and musician for over four years, and has worked with renowned cheerleading coach and choreographer, Jamie Parrish, on several shows and events.
