Title:
I started gymnastics at the age of 10.  Yes, for some that is considered late, my mom insisted I take dance!  I began gymnastics with the intention of just being better than my older sister, but quickly learned that it was my passion.  I began competing at the age of 11, in compulsory gymnastics and continued until I graduated as a level 10.  After high school I went on to compete at North Carolina State University.  GO WOLFPACK!

At 17, I began helping coach classes at my home gym.  Once I left for college, I found a local gym that would allow me to help coach classes in my off seasons.  After graduating I was offered a job at what use to be called Impact gymnastics is Raleigh, North Carolina.  This was my first real experience with team gymnastics.  Having done and coached gymnastics for so long it was natural progression.  In 2008, I relocated to Atlanta to coach at Atlanta North Stars with Grisha (who actually coached me!).  In 2016, I stepped down from my Team director position, and went to another gym closer to my home after having my second baby.  Fast forward I am back and ready to make some champions!!

In my now 18 years of coaching I am proud to have coached (with a great team of coaches of course) many state champions both team and individual, many regional champions, and quite a few Eastern national qualifiers.  It has always been important to me to develop great gymnasts, but even better people!

I am enjoying working with all of your children and cannot wait to see the progress they begin to make.  We have big changes on the way, things are looking great for the future of ANSG!
